About Wolfpack Developments

Raised on a farm in Saskatchewan, Scott has always been passionate about building and completing projects. He began landscaping in 2004, spending 5 years with a great team, learning and growing while building numerous projects. In 2009, Scott started Wolfpack Developments, growing it to where it is today. In January 2021, he moved to New Zealand and returned in August 2022 to resume landscaping with his team. Scott is always eager to learn and guide the next generation toward success.

Martin grew up in a small Slovakian village, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for construction. In his early years, he pursued hockey, even playing semi-professionally in Slovakia. In November 2018, he moved to Canada seeking new opportunities and, by Spring 2019, joined Wolfpack Developments as a labourer. His dedication and skill quickly stood out. While Scott was in New Zealand, Martin started Bearpack Developments, continuing landscaping work independently. When Scott returned, joining forces was a natural step, and together they continue to grow both companies.

Today, Martin is a vital part of our team—someone we now can’t imagine succeeding without. His contributions are key to our ongoing success as we continue to grow together.

Kale, originally from Cochrane, graduated with a degree in Small Business Management from Lethbridge University in spring 2024. He joined our team in the summer of 2023 and quickly showed his dedication and skills. Since joining our team, Kale has gained valuable experience, and we’re excited to welcome him as our permanent Office Manager. We look forward to working with him as we continue to grow and reach new milestones.

Viktor, originally from Slovakia, started his career as a firefighter. In 2023, he decided to explore new opportunities in Canada and settled temporarily in Banff upon arriving. He joined our team in October 2023 and has quickly become a valuable member. His ability to learn and adapt has made training effortless, and we’re confident in his ability to deliver excellent results for our clients. While Viktor hopes to continue his firefighting career in the Calgary area, we’re grateful to have him on our team for as long as he’s with us.
